I was having trouble accessing my event tickets on the Ticketmaster app. When I would choose to view my tickets, I could see that I had purchased them, and each ticket had a message indicating that I’d have to add the ticket to Google Wallet to attend the event. When I chose Add to Google Wallet, I would get the error message: “No activity found to handle intent.”

If you encounter the same problem, you may have the Google Chrome browser disabled on your smartphone. To check whether it’s disabled and to enable it on your Android smartphone if it is disabled, take the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Choose Apps & Notifications.
  3. Choose See all apps.
  4. Choose Chrome.
  5. Choose Enable.

After enabling Google Chrome, I had no trouble adding all my tickets from the Ticketmaster app to Google Wallet. Please post a comment to let me know whether this works for you.
